Flint Bans Baggy Pants

E365 -- Here's a downright weird one. In an effort to keep their streets crack and visible underwear free, the city of Flint, Michigan, in the US, has officially put a ban on baggy pants.
You can see from the above chart the varying degrees of offensiveness. Merely have your underwear exposed and you risk receiving a warning. Have your underwear exposed below the buttocks and you're guilty of disorderly conduct. Show a bit of crack and you're guilty of indecent exposure. Most disturbing of all is the possible punishment for the offence, $500 or "93 days to a year" in jail.
A year in jail for showing a bit of crack. I guess that guy who came to fix my shower the other day had no idea that, had he been living in Flint, he'd have been in danger of doing time.
What will they come up with next.
