Tony Hawk Answers EA's Skate With Proving Ground

E365 -- You're probably gonna wanna check this out: the latest instalment in the video game skate-war has just been announced, and Tony Hawk has the Midas Touch on this one...

The guy that landed the first competition 900 will be putting his hand into releasing the latest in skatebaording video game action at some point this year.

As something of an answer to EA's 'Skate', it looks like Tony Hawk's Proving Ground will be the new buzzword.

But there's precious little information available at present. According to GamePro.com, the June 2007 issue of GamePro magazine will be the only place to get all the details about the next installment in the venerated Tony Hawk franchise.

It's gonna hit PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, and promises new advances in Nail-the-Trick modes, skater classes, full-featured video editor and revamped multiplayer and loads more.
